What we collect

• Inquiry form data you provide: name, company, email, WhatsApp/phone, country or region, product of interest and your message.
• Technical data sent with an inquiry: the page you submitted from, the first page you landed on, the referring website, campaign parameters (UTM), approximate country from your IP address, your IP address and browser user agent. We use these to route your inquiry and to prevent spam.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking scripts. If spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) is active, it is loaded only when you start filling in a form.

Why we use it

• To answer your inquiry and prepare quotations (legitimate interest / steps prior to a contract).
• To keep the website secure and filter spam (legitimate interest).

We do not sell your data and do not send marketing newsletters without your consent.

Where it is stored and for how long

Inquiries are stored in our secure database hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure and may be forwarded to our sales team by email. We keep inquiry records for up to 36 months after our last contact, unless a longer period is required for an active business relationship or by law.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to its use, by emailing inquiry@marine-equipment-supply.com. We respond within 30 days.
